Short version:

We host profiles of collaborative and crowdsourced content related to a wide range of citizen science resources and projects from across Italy. This collaboration only works if users are able to work together in good faith. While using the Service, you are required to comply with our Acceptable Use Policies, which include certain restrictions on the content you may post, the conduct expected within the service, and other limitations. In short: be fair and respectful to others.

Compliance with laws and regulations

You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our Acceptable Use Policies. These policies may be updated from time to time and are outlined below.

Content restrictions

Users must under no circumstances upload, post, host, display, link to, or transmit any Content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activities;

• is or contains sexually obscene material;
• is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent;
• is discriminatory or abusive toward individuals or groups;
• depicts or gratuitously glorifies violence, including violent imagery;
• contains or installs malware or active exploits, or uses our platform to distribute exploits (for example as part of a command-and-control system);
• infringes third-party property rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, rights of publicity, or other rights.

Conduct restrictions

While using the Service, you must not under any circumstances:

• harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group, including our employees, officers, representatives, or other users.
